SAP FIORI - Track Sales Order : No Customer Found

Hello Team,

Good day!

We are currently configuring SAP FIORI Track Sales Order and we are getting error - No Customer Found.

Note :

     1. User is mapped with a personnel number . Configuration of Leave Request and approve Leave request have been completed and is working.

We have done all necessary configuration in the Gateway System as well as with the ECC system.

Please advise other points to check regarding this.
