Hi All,
In SAP CRM service Manager client we see two tabs : Service Assignment and Service Order.
Service Assignment contains the Service Orders which are assigned to the technician
Service Order contains the Service Orders which may or may not be assigned to the technician.
Now we have two statuses Mobile Status and Service Order status. What is the difference between these two
Also If the Assignment screen contains the service orders which are assigned to a particular technician and we can start and complete the service order from there itself, whats the need of a separate service order tab.
The difference I see here is when we start the service order it changes the service order status , where as when we start the service assignment it changes the Mobile status.
Please explain the difference between these two and the need of having these two separately.
