Creating a Self-Signed Certificate Using OpenSSL

Hi, We are in a process of deploying SMP2.3/WorkManager6.0 and need the PFX file generated.

Have followed the link Creating a Self-Signed Certificate Using OpenSSL but no luck.

The error is as follows and i gave followed every discussion on SCN but no luck so far.

Requesting Public key from server

Connect to server 'XXXSAPMPD', Certificate is for 'XXXSAPMPD', so it is not valid

Communication error(14)

Connection failed

I have tried IP address instead of FQDN but nothing has worked so far.

Appreciate any help.
