  Anton,Did you add the Java into the Window System Properties -> Advance -> Environemnt Variables -> System Variables -> Path Key?For Windows implementations only:  Modify the Windows environment variable Path once the JDK and JRE have been installed. Two new paths for the JDK need to be added. One is for the  bin  directory of the JDK and the other is the  bin  directory for the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Add the following two paths, separated by a semi-colon. Substitute the proper path information based on the location of the installation and the Java version:C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_06\bin;C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_06\jre\bin\serverhttp://resource.syclo.com/development/smart-mobile-suite-sap%C2%AE/manual/install-java-sdk-and-jre-software-6

Also, I see another error in your log which you will have to deal with once you get the java pathing fixed.

06/22/2012 18:45:39, 1,                 2,               48, Thr           12696,  EADDRINUSE,  ..\Socket\win32\sockets.cpp#1402:ListeningStreamSocket::OSListeningSocket::listenOn0

This error (EADDRINUSE)  indicates that the specified port number is already being used.   Angel defaults to port 7003 so most likely you have another server already running on this machine.   The other possible cause is that when you installed the server you installed it as a Service.   When the service is created it is set to automatically run so if you have restarted the machine the service would be running and using the same port.   You may want to switch the Service to Manual if this is a development machine,Good luck!
