Tile missing in custome role

Hi,

we have created customized catalog and group with 2 Standard Fiori apps(Tiles) ,

and we have created a PFCG role where we have assigned our Catelog and Group details and assigned this role to users but users are able to see only 1 Tile into his lauchpad.

but when we are assigning standard role SAP_SD_BCR_FIELDSALESREP_X1,the missing tile is coming.
