Afaria 6.6 missing enrollment services

I am currently reading the document about About installation technical prerequisites http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28584

available on SDN

applicable for SAP Afaria 6.6 FP1 HotFix06

I have exactly this version on test system (I know Afaria 7 is already available)

My question: Why   enrollment services at server configuration

and enrollment policies at client deployment are missing?

It should look like this (unfortunatelly I have only screenshot from Afaria 7)

And what I see on our demo installation:

(As you can see, enrollment code is not included)
