Trouble accessing device location in Agentry

Hi,

I seem to have trouble accessing the device location in Agentry on a Windows 8.1 mobile platform.

I followed the steps detailed in this thread:

It works on the ATE client (using GPS simulation) but not for the device itself.

Rule is as below. The other steps are as per the thread above:

As I want to send the GPS coordinates from the device itself to SAP upon completing an order (TECO) in Work Manager 6.1, I've set the following transactions in here:

And of course extended the Java and ABAP classes to get the coordinates.

Not sure what I did wrong or what else could be done.
