CTUser for Table Check and Table Refresh

Hello All , By default [TABLE_CHECK] CTUser=0 and [TABLE_REFRESH] CTUser=0 but if i will make with 168 value for table check and and table refresh . Then what will impact on my workmanager application . Because , every time is updating . i am thinking if i channge with 168 so it will not update and i can improve perfromance .
