SAP Sales Manager BAPI wrapper

Hi guys, I´m working with SAP Sales Manager 2.5, the application is the standard and we´re facing a problem with BAPI Wrapper that is missing :

This error shows immediately when any user log in to the application, due to the error I search for the BAPI  /SYCLO/CRMMD_CTDUEINDICATR_GET and I found it in the system, but I can´t find his definition in the bapi wrapper console

as I said, the instalation is clean, 100% the standard, any help will be appreciated.
