Deleting Defined Mobile Applications (Agentry)

I have a Defined Mobile Application in my configpanel that I would like to delete.

When I try to do this I get a message saying that it "Can not delete as it is still being used."

Now, I do not have any Agentry servers running against this application. Does anyone have an idea of what else could cause the system to deny deleting an Application like this?
