I installed Afaria 7 SP3 - and all components (server, admin, enrollment, package, ssp) are on the same machine (Windows Server 2008 R2).
And am not using relay server, but I have NAT (1on1) from Afaria's private address to it's public address.
I have one enrollment/configuration policy for LAN and one enrollment/configuration policy for public enrollments on the same tenant; and also different SSP for each of those. I have different groups for each enrollment/config. policy pair.
Now, when I enroll my device from LAN it works perfectly, but when I try to enroll device from the internet enrollment fails.
Settings of all policies (enrollment/configuration) are the same, except ip addresses of course. I am using xnet protocol.
It might be interesting that when I enroll my phone from LAN, and then manually change it's configuration settings by inserting public ip address (of the afaria server) and move phone to the group with 'pubilc' policies it works. But, I would like to make enrollment possible just from the internet...
I have already tried to delete policies and re-install ssp servers...
I would appreciate a lot if someone knows what is going on and help me.
