DOE Associate Table not contain any entries

Hi,

I have create new standard object in DOE.Then Create Distribution dependancy and rule .Activate data model,it's active without any error.

My Associate table - AT table not have any entries into it after i had done some transcations.

Is there anything need to do or something need to activate in DOE or somewhere else ?
