Regarding Farm Server Issue

Hi,

Three RSOE’s  (AfariaServerRSOE, AfariaEnrollmentRSOE, AfariaPackageRSOE) have been created on each Afaria Master and Afaria Farm.

Following are the ports being used for communication for RSOE to backend server

Afaria Master Machine

AfariaServerRSOE <port>

AfariaEnrollmentRSOE 80

AfariaPackageRSOE 80

Above RSOE’s are working fine on Afaria Master.

We are getting below issue on Afaria Farm machine.

Issue: AfariaServerRSOE on the Afaria Farm machine is not able to communicate to the port <port> of the Afaria Farm machine. When we try to redirect the port to 80 then getting enrollment failed error. We have verified that XSRedirector.exe process is listening to port <port> on Afaria master but it is not listening to any port on Afaria Farm machine. No service/process is listening to port <port> on the Afaria Farm machine.
