Error occurred while fetching synckeys from table ZDOE05200100SL

Hi,

I am getting this error in DOE when editing exisiting activities in the CRM sales app 2.1.6

Our DOE is in SP15 and this is happening to 'internal' type activites. Only happens on when

old activities are editied. No issue if we create new activites.

Because of this error the 'editied' activity status 'this activity has pending changes' is not changing.

I see this error in DOE Message monitoring.  I see there is OSS note  '1627949  Error occurred while fetching synckeys from SL table'

but this note is not applicable to DEO SP15.

Our SUP is 2.2 version

DOE SP15/Gateway 1.1

CRM sales app 2.1.6 version.
