SCC not able to delete application users nor application connections

Hello,

We have SUP 2.2 SP04 installed.

I have created Application connections in Sybase control center. And device status shows 'pending activation'.

And not able to delete the user/connection. It gives me a message 'An unknown server error has occured.'

When I look at the logs, I see below error message:

java.lang.RuntimeException: send soap message to imo server fails:[soap:Fault: null]

Let me know if anyone know solution for this.
