Factsheet/Attachments not downloading on Mobile device

There are 2 issues related to downloading on the Mobile device;
1. Factsheet - When users tap on the generate factsheet the device
gives the message that Factsheet is downloaded but when the users tap
on the factsheet to open the same the device gives the message saying "
Download in Progress" and the downlaod never completes.
2. Attachment - When users tap on attachment in a transaction say
Opportunity the device asks you to dowload the attachment. When the
user taps on that device says "Download in progress" but the download
never completes.
