Hi,
I have installed afaria client ( version 6.60.6236.6) on my iphone 4 ( iOS system version - 5.1) and was trying to enroll my device today morning after an update of the afaria client on the phone. The device was previously enrolled two days back.After a remote wipe , I reinstalled the app and today it asked me for an afaria client update on my phone( which i did it! ), after which I am not able to enroll my phone.It displays a warning which says, "incompatible enrollment server ,please contact your administrator".
It asks for username and credentials once i have entered the enrollment code, and even the exchange name and password as I have specified that in the policy.
I have followed the procedure mention in SAP mobile academy videos for enrollment.
The version of my Afaria server is 7.00.6231.6.
Could someone suggest how to go about this issue...
