Work Order Push in Work Manager 6.3

Hi Experts,

We have deployed standard work manager 6.3 application in to SMP server 3.0 SP11. We have configured the required push related background jobs as per standard process.But we are unable to get Push Notifications in to device iPad for work order assignment type 1.We could see the error "No valid recipients found for the push instance" in slg1 logs.
