Hello Experts,

There are no default screens for Android in Work Manager 6.2 when we import project from agentry.ini. There are default screen for ipad, iphone and windows. Do we need to do anything to get default screen for android or we need to define each screen to work on android.

i have complex table tree field on a screen and i want to default a value (Rule before Data entry ) in it whenever i come to that particular screen .

Actually the value defaulted should be "None". I tried things as written below :

1. Special value None at the Transaction property for the field.

2. Special Value None for the Field itself.

3. Initial value rule to default none.

Also wanted to know , is there any UI control present (Like default the search value ) under the Complex table tree Pop-up which opens after we click on the button?

I've been following the Claudia Pacheco's How To... On-board users with SMP 3.0 OData API (Android) guide. I'm sure I'm doing everything just as the guide says, the error I'm getting is:

Whe I debug the project I realize that are 2 lines (user and pass) that are never getting filled. The 2 lines are:

try{     lgCtx.setBackendUser(usernameEdit.getText().toString());     lgCtx.setBackendPassword(passwordEdit.getText().toString());
} catch (LogonCoreException e){     //Notifies the execution finished     wasSuccessful = false;     Log.e(TAG, "error entering user credentials", e);

Despite the app enters to the "try", they never get filled. I don't know if that may be the source of the error. The ping from the Management Cockpit to the back-end url is successful.

Hope someone can help me, I've been dealing with this error for one day.

We have a Fiori Go Live with 5 apps next week (APO, APR, ALR, MLR ans APTE), and our management asked us to provide some statistics about Fiori adoption by final users:

- Number of users connected

- Numbers of users used Fiori between 2 dates/hours

- Numbers of PO validated by Fiori application

- Numbers of PR validetad by Fiori application

- Device used by users: PC, tablet or smartphone, ...

Any idea how we can get those information from Fiori gateway or there is specific transaction (in GW pr ECC system) to get the correct information.

I want to customize the SWM 6.2 application standard application functionality as per the customer requirements.

Previously I have worked on SWM 5.3 application and there are many customization objects are implemented and some of standard functionalities are  also changed.

Now I want carry out the same customization into SWM 6.2 application.

But there are lot of differences between SWM 5.3 & SWM 6,2 application like Agentry Screen navigation, Java API's, Config panel mappings & Syclo ABAP classes name space etc..

So how can I carry forward the SWM 5.3 customization's into SWM 6.2 application . What kind of detailed analysis would be required to address all customization's done in SWM 5.3

Please suggest.

I have a Defined Mobile Application in my configpanel that I would like to delete.

When I try to do this I get a message saying that it "Can not delete as it is still being used."

Now, I do not have any Agentry servers running against this application. Does anyone have an idea of what else could cause the system to deny deleting an Application like this?

we use FIORI for CRM and have activated several apps (MyAccounts, MyContacts ...). Unfortunately the standard tiles seem to be not translated from DE --> EN.

When starting the launchpad with logon language EN all tiles still contain the German description (Meine Accounts ...). The group is given in German as well (Vertriebsbeauftragter).

As soon as I tab on a tile (Meine Accounts) the head contains "My Accounts" and all the content is shown in EN as expected as well.

The language of the tablet is set to EN.

Any ideas?

Hi All,

I am working with SAP Work Manager 6.2 application. When I download the application for the first time the app get downloaded and saying that no work orders to download.

After that, I have assigned my pernr to a work center and created work orders using the work center.

I have reset the application and trying to download the app, but it is taking more time to download and I could not able to complete the sync.

Sometimes I am getting communication error.

We are connecting to the server using mobile VPN software from device iPad.

Could anyone please share the thoughts.

Hi Experts,

We are working Add-on package with AAK. We are trying to put everything in our own namespace. However, from the Gateway side, when I click the generate runtime objects button, every time it will generate a new interface file with new name instead of updating existing one. For Example, I have a backend RFC named as

                         /CNS/LOOKUPLOAD.

After I implemented the mapping for the query, every time it will generate a new interface as

                         /CNS/IF_LOOKUPLOAD,

                         /CNS/IF_LOOKUPLOAD1,

                         /CNS/IF_LOOKUPLOAD2,

                         /CNS/IF_LOOKUPLOAD3.....after I click the generate button multiple times.

I did the test with RFC name. If I name the RFC as ZLOOKUPLOAD, everything will be fine. But we have to add namespace for the RFC.

Could you please help me out?

The mobilink service hit error like:

E. 2015-01-29 15:48:28. <26912> [-10117] Stream Error: Internal error: DelayExpired: _state.http_state returned 0.

And then many Sync Failure coming, till more DelayExpired coming and most of the Sync requests failed.

I guess this error come from too many concurrent requests, so I adjusted the workers number in mobilink start script, but did not solve it.

I'm new in Agentry apps development, and I follow the How-to Build an Agentry Based Mobile App from Scratch guide, and it works fine, but now, I'm testing another app trying to access to and Oracle DB as backend.

I found that every app needs to be configure in it's own backend.

But when I try to use Oracle DB as backend in an Agentry app, I don't know where to define the IP of the DB and test the connection.

I created an Agentry App in Eclipse, and connect the Data Source Explorer to the Oracle Database to create the Steps for Add, Edit, Delete and Get data from a table.

I found that it is necessary to install an Oracle client in the server where is currently installed the SMP 3.0 Server, in order to access to the TNSNames, but I can't install that clients, because SMP is installed in a Linux Server.

I hope someone can help me.

I am using afaria trial version of 30 days. I have successfully enrolled an ios device.

Also I have uploaded the APNS certificate.

But, the push notification is not getting received on the device, whereas, in the admin portal, it is displaying the message as 'Notification sent to device'.

Is there anything else that needs to be done? Please suggest.
