Hi Experts,
The iPad gets struck frequently while performing sync of Work Manager 5.3 Application from the device.This happens to be a frequent issue where the device gets struck hours together.We have fixed temporarily by deleting the Agentry Application.We have even tried to uninstall and re-install the Agentry Client.There are no error found in Server logs and also in slg1. Please suggest if there would be any settings in ECC for particular user to get the sync fast.The work orders downloaded to the device are only few.There seems to be no network issues.
The Agentry Client version is v6.0.50.1 and the device OS version 8.1.3.Kindly suggest the reason for iPad struck while performing sync.

I am trying to create a rule for a column in a transaction but the editor won't let me select any functions on the left hand side. In fact everything is disabled except for the tabs themselves.
I am using Eclipse Juno and I just updated to the Agentry 7.0.5 editor (included in SMP 3.0 SDK SP5). I had the same issue with the previous version of the editor as well.

Is not that possible to reach all values (like it says) for the index and then the setting filter for its child index ?

Hello,
Uploading documents to the back end works however download is not working. When I click on the attachements, I get the progress back and then nothing. just the pop up confirming the the request already made to the server.
When I check the log, I can see the push message is just hanging in the back end:
In the screen shot I can see the "Middleware server connected by user" is empty, Where this value is coming from, also, what other points I need to check from end to end tracing.

Its working fine in online. we have few questions in offline mode. the requirement is like the whole application has to run in offline.
do we require LBO to perform offline operations.
We have scenario like everyday morning end user will initially sync the data and use the application inf offline for the rest of the day.

We are doing a FIORI Implementation project and using SAML2 ADFS Authentication set up .
Our front end server is a Gateway server in the DMZ which is redirecting the request to the AD server for authentication.
Currently the SSO is working fine .
However when we are connected to the Corporate WIFI ( internal office network) and access the Launch pad from the FIORI APP within the Tablet or Android Phone - the screen hangs . We get the screen to input the AD data , but after that it just hangs.
The Error message which comes in the log is : No Authentication Challenges Found.
This message is coming when we are accessing via the FIORI APP. While accessing via the browser in the Corporate WIFI , it works fine.
We are using the FIORI APP Version downloaded from the Play Store .

- 3D Visualization is working with my WPF client
- 3D Visualization is failing with my Android client (see below)
- GIS is working on the same Android client.
SAP® EAM and service mobile app SDK Installation Guide" version 1.0 indicates in step 5 to "Add Visual Enterprise libraries to the MobileAppsVELibrary project". Could you confirm that this step is equivalent to copy contents of "DVL/Android/libs/" to libs folder of the MobileAppsVELibrary project? Is there other DLLs to copy in this step?

PB description:
If I display VDS attachment, the screen is blank.
( If I display the 2nd attachment (image/jpeg), the image is displayed successfully on the Android device )
( If I click on the Locations link , the map is displayed successfully )
I do not see an error the the android log.
I am also getting some encrypted information on the Android client when I double click the blank screen and hit left/right arrows

I have a Defined Mobile Application in my configpanel that I would like to delete.
When I try to do this I get a message saying that it "Can not delete as it is still being used."
Now, I do not have any Agentry servers running against this application. Does anyone have an idea of what else could cause the system to deny deleting an Application like this?

Sometimes my Agentry Client crashes, which is very unfortunate. (I'm working with SAP Work Manager 6.0 WPF client).
When I try to log in again, I get the message 'Already logged in elsewhere'.
I can restart my local server to log all users out, but this is not desired when working in a production environment.
How can I remotely log out users without having to restart the server?

I'm trying to see if it's possible to dynamically adjust the height and visibility of Tile displays in Agentry.
Essentially on the Main Work Order screen I'd like to hide the WO Notes Tile on selected tabs of Work Order Detail which expands to fill the blank space.
e.g. Below is a mock-up of what i'd like to achieve -
(Work Order Notes visible when the Detail Tab is selected)
(On Attach Tab, hide the OrderNoteTileView and increase the Attachment Tile to fill the vacated space)
Looking at the height property of Tile Displays it doesn't look like its possible to dynamically adjust.
Any suggestions?
