My Travel Request Fiori app - Unable to start app - Wave 2

Hi All,

I have configured in our landscape and i have My Travel request app available in the launchpad . But when i click on the app and try to launch the app . It gives an error - Unable to start app  . I checked the backend and all the relevant notes as mentioned in the release information are applied :

Also , in the console i see the SRA004 OData call and it returns  [HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified 211ms]. Can some help out here.
